Alongside standard production, GEVA also produces electronically-controlled arms for more reliability and precision, as well as for uses where adjustments aand adaptation are important in any situation.
MOD. BRE4
The GEVA BRE4 automatic feeder is a rotating arm with electronical controlled lifting and rotation.
It belongs to the range of electronically operated arms driven by brushless motors.
The GEVA BRE4 electronic arm combines the traditional reliability and precision features of the previous models with greater speed and smoothness of movement, as well as the flexibility of the adjustment.
Also in this electronic arm you can use different types of pincers for unloading and loading of the pieces.
MOD. LCN-800/850
The GEVA series LCN arms are electronic arms equipped with a horizontal axis-controlled axis, which allows for speed and variability and extremely rapid set-up.
The height and transverse adjustments are performed with DC motors controlled by position sensors so that they can be set up quickly and repetitive.
The GEVA mod.LCN electronic arms combine the traditional reliability and precision features of the previous models with greater speed and smoothness of movement, as well as the flexibility of self-learning adjustment. Electronic management is secured
by a programmable SIEMENS S7 controller with self diagnostics and alarms display. As with all other GEVA arms, LCN models can also use different types of clamps for loading and unloading of forged pieces.
